Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026. This policy applies to professional audit and assurance engagements with Ivory Reed Audit Partners. It does not cover products, merchandise, or software subscriptions — we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds relate only to fees paid under a signed engagement letter for audits, portfolio reviews, AML assessments, or diligence support. Website browsing and unpaid estimate requests create no refund obligation.
Deposits
A deposit of 30% is typically invoiced on engagement letter signature and reserves partner and field-team time. Deposits are refundable in full if we cancel the engagement before fieldwork begins. If you cancel more than 14 days before the agreed kickoff date, the deposit is refundable minus any documented third-party costs already incurred (for example, travel booked at your request).
Cancellation by the client
Written cancellation within 14 days of kickoff forfeits the deposit. Fees for work already started — planning, request-list preparation, or sample selection — are invoiced on a time basis at the rates in the engagement letter and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One reschedule of the kickoff window with at least 10 business days’ notice is accepted without charge. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 10% of the engagement fee to cover team reallocation.
No-shows
If agreed on-site fieldwork cannot proceed because required contacts or documents are unavailable on the scheduled days, we may charge for the reserved field days and rebook subject to availability. Those reserved-day charges are non-refundable.
Work already started
Once fieldwork samples have been selected or draft findings circulated, fees for completed stages are due. Partial refunds may apply only to unused later stages (for example, unused closing briefing days) if both parties agree in writing to terminate early.
Full and partial refunds
Full refunds apply when we withdraw for independence reasons before kickoff, or when we cancel for reasons within our control. Partial refunds may apply when scope is reduced by mutual written agreement after kickoff; the refund equals unused later-stage fees less work already performed.
Non-refundable items
Time already spent on planning and fieldwork, partner quality-review hours completed, and travel or translation costs authorised by you are non-refundable. Signed audit opinions and delivered diligence packs are non-refundable once issued.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@networkflowhub.digital with your engagement reference, the reason for the request, and supporting detail. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer details as on the remittance advice).
Exceptions
Mandatory regulatory withdrawal, sanctions screening outcomes, or force majeure events may terminate an engagement; prepaid unused fees after documented costs are refunded. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under Taiwan law.
