About
Ivory Reed Audit Partners was formed so fintech finance teams in Taiwan could work with auditors who already understand wallets, merchant settlement, and consumer lending — without translating every product term.
The practice began after years of Big Four fieldwork on payment institutions and e-money issuers around Hsinchu and Taipei. Founding partner Mei-Ling Chen opened Ivory Reed to give smaller licensed operators the same depth of safeguarding and settlement testing without a multi-office sales process.
We plan around your filing calendar, not ours. Document request lists arrive early; fieldwork focuses on float bridges, loan tapes, and board evidence that actually move the opinion. Management letters name aged suspense, staging rule gaps, and related-party fees in plain language.
Independence is non-negotiable: we do not prepare your books or design your AML system while also issuing the audit opinion. We keep engagement teams small so partners stay close to the sample selections and closing discussions.
