Data we collect

When you submit an estimate request we collect your name, email address, engagement preference, optional entity type and preferred kickoff window, and the contents of your message. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security. Cookie data is described in our cookies notice.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry data to respond to estimate requests and to open engagements where appropriate. Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to a contract and on our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice. Engagement working papers are processed under the engagement letter and professional obligations.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Engagement records are retained for periods required by Taiwan professional and regulatory rules applicable to audit files, typically no less than seven years after the opinion date.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with IT hosting providers under contract, professional indemnity insurers when required, and regulators or courts when legally compelled. Engagement quality reviewers within the firm may access client contact details as needed for the audit.

International transfers

If a group finance contact or hosting provider is located outside Taiwan, we transfer only what is necessary and use contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination. You will be informed when a transfer is material to your engagement.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@networkflowhub.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese data protection authority.

Children

This site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may revise this notice periodically. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest version.
